What does 16dot7 Labs actually do?
We design, build, connect and manage digital systems — websites, software, automation and the infrastructure behind them.
Do you only build websites?
No. We also build custom software, portals, dashboards, databases and integrations.
Can you manage our existing website?
Yes, following a technical review. We confirm compatibility, required repairs and ongoing scope before taking responsibility.
Can you automate parts of our business?
Yes. We identify repetitive work and connect the right systems around a practical workflow.
Can you build custom software?
Yes. We scope the requirements, design the experience, build and test the system, then agree a management plan.
What happens after launch?
The build includes an agreed support period. Optional Care plans provide ongoing hosting, maintenance and support within a defined scope.
Do we own our website?
Your agreement sets out ownership of custom deliverables after payment. Third-party software and services retain their own licences.
Can we cancel a management plan?
Yes, subject to the notice period in your agreement. We agree a practical handover; third-party commitments may have separate terms.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, integrations and content readiness. We agree milestones and a realistic timeline during discovery.
Can you integrate our existing systems?
Usually, where their APIs, access permissions and licensing allow it. We review feasibility before quoting.
Do you work with businesses outside Malta?
Yes. Based in Malta, building without borders.
Can you set up our office technology?
Yes. We can scope computers, screens, printers, meeting-room equipment, Wi-Fi, staff accounts and everyday business tools into an office setup plan. Equipment and licences are quoted separately.
Can you look after all of our company’s technology?
We can act as one coordinated technology partner. We start with a review and agree which systems, equipment, suppliers and support responsibilities we will handle.
Do I need to understand technology?
No. Tell us what you want to improve or what is getting in the way. We explain the options and help you decide on a sensible next step.
Does a €49 website Care plan cover our whole office?
No. Website Care covers the agreed website. Office IT, equipment, staff devices and whole-company support are scoped separately.
Are the projects in the showcase real client deployments?
The named system concepts are fictional demonstrations created to show what is possible. They are clearly labelled as concepts, and are not presented as completed customer projects.
